Beer has 250 calories per drink. The average calorie intake is 2,000 calories a day for women and 2,500 for men. If you have 2 beers, that’s already 25% of your intake for the day and we both know you don’t stop at 2….
For the next 7 days, cut down on smoking and drinking. If you must drink or smoke, you can cut down. Substitute that beer for a gin and tonic or drink 1 only. Smoke 1 less cigarette per day. It’s the improvement that counts.
