Today’s hack is NEAT. Imagine spending almost no additional effort, no additional time and no additional money to burn more calories!
Neat stands for non-exercise thermogensis. It’s finding little moments throughout the day where you can burn more calories effortlessly BUT it has a huge impact. You can burn so much energy with some simple changes.
