1/ Head over to thedustland.com and connect your wallet to login. Make sure you have linked your Dustland email to your wallet and have completed KYC verification successfully.
2/ In the Withdrawal interface, you will see your DOSE in-game and DOSE in Polygon wallet. Make sure you are connected with the correct network otherwise wallet balance won’t be shown. Click the Withdraw button.
3/ The following screen will appear to allow you to enter the withdrawal amount. Once you’ve entered the amount, click Confirm Withdrawal. Make sure to check the fee, available DOSE and minimum and maximum number of DOSE that can be withdrawn. A pop-up Metamask window will appear to request you to Sign on the transaction. Click Sign.
4/ Please wait for the transaction to go through.
5/ Once the transaction goes through successfully, the “Transaction Complete” will show. Please REFRESH the website after transaction complete to show the latest In Game and In Wallet DOSE balance.
6/ If the transaction fails, the following message will appear and you will need to restart the process.
7/ A 24-hr cooldown will set in after each withdrawal regardless of the withdrawal amount.
8/ The following shows the personal minimum daily withdrawal amount, maximum daily withdrawal limit and also the global limit: :
Withdrawal Limits Per User:
Minimum withdrawal: 800 DOSE / Day
Maximum withdrawal: 6000 DOSE / Day
Global Withdrawal Limits:
Maximum withdrawal: 1,000,000 DOSE / Day

9/ There will be a standard withdrawal fee of 40 DOSE (5% of minimum withdrawal amount) added for every withdrawal transaction. No gas fee will be charged per transaction. Fees are subject to change.
